The Humble Store is having a Black Friday sale too

Steam sales tend to get the lion's share of attention, on here and elsewhere, because they're generally big, they cut deep, and, let's face it, if you're a PC gamer, having Steam on your rig is pretty much mandatory. But it's not the only game in town: The Humble Store has kicked off a Black Friday weekend sale of its own, and there are some pretty good deals to be had.
A few examples, as chosen in an entirely arbitrary fashion by me: The Skyrim Legendary Edition is 75 percent off, taking to $10; Dying Light is down 66 percent to $20; Wolfenstein: The New Order is $9, an 85 percent drop from its regular price, as is The Evil Within; and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 is down 80 percent, to $6. (That last one gets a mention because I dig the semi-colon-abusing title.) Black Ops 3 is on the block too, if you're in the market for something a bit newer, although it's only 17 percent off, bringing it down to $50.
Some of the sales are one day only while others run for the whole weekend, but the Humble folks haven't said whether new games will be cycled in as it progress. A lot of these offerings are identical to what's up for grabs on Steam, and in fact a Steam key, rather than a download link, is what you'll get when you purchase them. But, as always, ten percent of all proceeds raised will go to the charity of your choice, so if you're going to pay the same price anyway, why not do a solid for a worthwhile organization (while you're spending the kids' college fund)?
